Come and enjoy our little oasis hidden in Datça, for a weekend. The 3 day, “Meet with yourself” retreat in Datça, on the Mediterranean coast, will be based on the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, and yoga suitable for everyone. Includes fresh meals and accommodation.
This retreat is an ideal way to meet with yourself and mind through the many practices of mindfulness and yoga, while enjoying the nature and sea of Datça. We will experience various mindfulness practices, stretch our bodies with yoga, and learn to be at ease and content through life’s ups and downs and get to know like-minded people. This retreat is appropriate for all levels of practioners’, those new to mindfulness & yoga and those who wish to renew and deepen their connection to the practice.

Note: Check-in begins with lunch at 13:00 on Friday. The first teaching session begins at 16:30 on Friday. Retreat ends on Monday at 16:00.
Sinem Alatan has participated in 200-hour intense Yoga Trainer Course delivered by Chris Chavez and 300-hour intense Yoga Training Course delivered by Çetin Çetintaş in India. Sinem attended yin yoga teacher training with Berivan Aslan Sungur. She has received trainings from gloabal yoga instructors like Sienna Sherman, Meghan Currie, Leslie Caminof, Konstantinos Charantiniotis, Dylan Werner, Elena Brown, Carlos Pomeda, Desiree Rumbaugh, Nico Luce and Todd Tesen.
Ebru Engin has completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training in the UCSD Mindfulness Based Professional Training Institute at the University of California, San Diego (www.mbpti.org) and is authorized to give MBSR courses. She participated in the training delivered by Dr. Deepak Chopra, an internationally renowned neuroendocrinologist, and learned meditation. She completed coaching modules from Adler Coaching School and Mindful Schools Teacher Training with US Based Mindful Schools. Ebru participated in 200-hour intense Yoga Trainer Course delivered by Chris Chavez, worked with global yoga instructors like Sienna Sherman, Meghan Currie, Todd Tesen and Elena Brower. The following books are recommended to be read before the retreat: (i) Osho. (2012). Boş Kayık.; (ii) Jon Kabat-Zinn. (1990). Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness. Bring a mat with you and your sitting pillow, comfortable clothing for yoga and shawl.
